Pre-Orders

Some products are available for pre-order only. Pre-order items are manufactured to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production, followed by approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery. By placing a pre-order you agree to these lead times.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or events outside our control.
