Processing & Production

Due to a high volume of orders, our products are currently available on a pre-order basis. Products are being manufactured now to meet demand. Please allow up to 30 days for production, followed by approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience and support.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or events outside our control.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at octagonpaws@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
